摘要
我国建筑建造反使用能耗高,并且能源利用效率低,主要是因为政府重视度不够,监管不力,节能技术发展缓慢,节能意识不到位等原因。单就建筑界讲,建筑节能应该体现在建筑的设计、建造及使用等阶段,建筑节能不能仅注重降低能耗,还要重视提高能源利用效率,需要人民群众的广泛支持与参与。
In our country energy consumption is high and service efficiency of energy id low when the building is built and used, it＇s mainly because of the government＇s value degree is insufficient and supervises the strength, the energy conservation technological development is not slow, the festival can realize rea - sons and so on position. The list says on the construction zone, energy saving in construction should be carefully considered in these satges when the building is designed, built and used. It means more than just reducing energy consumption. In other words emphasis should be put on service efficiency of energy, Its realization needs the support and participation from the masses.
