摘要
目的:为提高病案质量。方法:对病案首页的基本信息部分存在问题进行统计分析。结果:患者姓名、住院号和身份证等10项为常见问题。结论:提高医务人员思想,加强医务人员责任心,以提高服务质量,提高医院社会和经济效益。
Objective To raise medical record quality. Methods Statistics and analyzes the existent problems of patient＇s basic information part in home page of medical record. Results patient＇s name and medical record number and ID card etc. 10 items is familiar problems, Conclusion raises medical personnel＇s thought, strengthens medical personnel＇s responsibility, heightens service quality, raises social and economic performance of hospital.
