摘要
随着经济社会的发展,交易成本概念的局限性日益明显,由此提出合作成本的概念。合作成本解释了经济活动中因时间导致不同结果的现象,并能在一定程度上解决由于信息不对称而产生的一些问题。
With the development of economy, the limitation of the concept-transaction cost becomes more and more obvious, so the term-cooperation cost is put forward. Cooperation cost can clearly illustrate various phenomenon resulted from time; it can also partly solve the problems caused by asymmetric information.
