科技竞争力是城市综合实力的体现。提升科技竞争力有助于转变经济发展方式、调整产业结构、优化劳动与资本均衡度,从而推动南通社会经济实现跨跃式发展。南通经济实力、科技基础、区位优势及人文环境对自身科技竞争力的提升具有支撑作用。
Scientific and technological competitiveness of the city is the embodiment of the comprehensive strength nomic d of the city. Enhancing the scientific and technical competitiveness contributes to changing the ecoevelopment, adjusting the industrial structure, optimizing the balance of labor and capital, thus en- abling Nantong to realize socio-economic leap. The economic strength, technological infrastructure, location advantages of Nantong are crucial for enhancing technological competitiveness.
