摘要
本文提出了一种制备双金属复合板的新工艺——爆炸压涂。爆炸压涂是利用炸药爆轰产生的高压驱动金属板高速撞击粉末,使粉末在得到压实的同时,牢固地附着在金属板表面形成双金属复合板的爆炸加工工艺。与现有制备工艺比较,爆炸压涂兼具了爆炸焊接和烧结复合的优点,能够制备出结合强度高,覆层性能好且具有微量孔隙的复合板。该工艺不需专用设备、工艺简单、生产成本较低。
In this paper,a new technology that is explosive compaction-spray for preperation of double metal composite is proposed. High pressure of explosion is utilized to drive metal plate to impact compacted metal powders, and makes metal powders firmly adhere on surface of metal plate. Compared to existing technology, explosive compaction-spray has both advantage of explosive welding and sintering. It can produce composite plate with good bonding strength and its coat has microscale pore and excellent properties. Furthermore, the technology is simple and has no need of special equipment and production cost is very low.
