高黏度血浆扩容剂对失血性休克复苏有益 被引量:2

摘要 血浆黏度在失血性休克复苏中的作用一直广受关注,不同类型血浆扩容剂可通过改变血浆黏度而达到不同的复苏效果。经典的观点认为,低黏度血浆扩容剂能够增加血流灌注;新观点以微循环血流动力学为基础,提出高黏度血浆扩容剂对失血性休克的复苏有益。本文对此方面的研究进展进行综述。 Effect of plasma viscosity in hemorrhagic shock resuscitation is very important. Plasma expanders have different effect on plasma viscosity because of their different changes. It was believed that low viscosity plasma expander can improve blood infusion. But it began to be accepted that high viscosity plasma expander is beneficial for resuscitation of on microhemodynamics is reviewed
