摘要
在二聚脲润滑脂的基础上研制了复合锂-脲、钠-脲、钾-脲、镁-脲、钙-脲和钡-脲润滑脂,并考察其性能。结果表明,聚脲稠化剂与金属盐在一定条件下能复合成脂,研制的聚脲金属盐复合润滑脂在保持聚脲润滑脂优良性能的基础上,具有突出的极压抗磨性和高温轴承寿命,成本较聚脲润滑脂低。
On the basis of di - urea lubricating grease, the composite lithium - urea, sodium - urea, kalium - urea, magnesium - urea, calcium - urea and barium - urea lubricating greases were synthesized. And their properties were researched. The results showed that the grease can be synthesized by polyurea thickener and carboxylate. Besides having the properties of polyurea grease, the polyurea carboxylate composite lubricating greases possess perfect EP/anti- wear properties and bearing life under high temperature also, with much lower price.
