摘要
采用统计方法分析了71个基础油和121个汽轮机油的粘度与空气释放值的关系,并考察了水分、防锈剂、抗磨剂、破乳剂及抗泡剂等表面活性添加剂对Ⅰ类基础油和Ⅱ类基础油的空气释放值的影响,设计了强化氧化试验,考察了汽轮机油的氧化对空气释放性能的影响。统计数据表明,空气释放值与粘度有一定程度的正相关性;抗泡剂对空气释放性有显著的影响,水分、防锈剂、抗磨剂和破乳剂的影响不显著;随着氧化程度加深,汽轮机油的空气释放性能变差。
The relationship between the viscosities of 71 base oils and 121 turbine oils and their air release numbers was analyzed with statistical method. And the effects of water, anti - rust additives, anti - wear additive, demulsifying agent, anti - foam additives as well as oxidation on air release numbers of group Ⅰ and group Ⅱ base oils were evaluated. The results indicated that the air release property tends to be worse with the increase of viscosity, and deteriorates notably by anti - foam additives and oxidation. The effects of the other above - mention additives are not evident.
