摘要
全心全意为人民服务是中国共产党的根本宗旨,是其与人民群众之间关系的政治行为准则。党在发展的不同阶段所面临的不同问题,对实践全心全意为人民服务的根本宗旨提出了不同的要求。在党的历史方位发生根本性转变情况下,我们需要根据中国特色社会主义初级阶段的当代特征,以党的建设理论和科学发展观为引领,以关注、不断解决民生问题为重点,以深化政治体制改革为重要手段,以不断加强党和国家各项制度建设为保障,来探索实践党的根本宗旨,提高党的执政能力,巩固执政基础。
Serving the people heart and soul is the fundamental purpose of Communist Party of China and it is the political code of conduct between the party and the people. In the various stages of development, the party faced by different issues, so is the different demands for the code of serving people wholeheartedly. Under the circumstance of fundamental changes of Chinese Communist Party＇s historical position, based on the present characteristic of socialistic primary period, guided by the constructive theory of the party and scientific developing opinion, focused on concerning and continuously solving people＇s problems, deepen the political system reformation as an important measure, strengthen continually the construction of various system as a guarantee so as to probe and realize the fundamental code of the party, increase the ruling ability and consolidate the ruling fundament.
