摘要
文章根据数学规划原理提出了航线优化配船的线性规划模型.依据国标《GB718·2—87》建立了长江顶推船队燃油消耗量随航行时间、周转量、船队总驳数、船队航速、港间距离、平均水流速度变化的回归公式,从而得到模型中的运输成本系数矩阵。设计了用指数法求近似解或单纯形法求精确解的算法程序。
This paper presents an optimized linear programming model to arrange ships in course. According to GB7187. 2-87, it establishes a set of regress formulas of fuel consumption such as the variations of the navigation time, the turnover volume, the total barges, the velocity of the barge-train, the distance between the ports and the average velocity of flow,therefore,the cost coefficient matrix in the model is obtained. Moreover, it edits the calculating programs in both index Method,which gives the approximate solution and Simplex Algorithm,which gives the accurate solution.
