摘要
在真空断路器的动作过程中,如何既提高规定的行程下永磁机构铁心的速度,又降低碰撞能量一直是一个难以解决的问题。笔者在分析永磁机构动态过程的基础上,提出了一种模糊PID控制器的设计方法,并将之应用于真空断路器的控制系统中,既保证了断路器动作的可靠性,又能改善机械碰撞,提高断路器的电气和机械寿命。
In the action process of vacuum breaker, it is a difficult problem how to improve the core velocity of permanent magnet framework and reduce the collision energy simultaneously. This paper put forward a design of fuzzy-PID controller based on the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of permanent magnet framework. This controller has been applied in the control system of vacuum breaker to ensure reliability, and improve mechanical collision and life-span of the vacuum breaker.
