摘要
本文以濮阳市图书馆承办现代远程教育为例,从公共图书馆开展现代远程教育的背景、公共图书馆具有的教育职能与技术优势三个方面分析了公共图书馆创办现代远程教育的优势和条件,从而提出了公共图书馆开展现代远程教育应思考的问题和应采取的措施。
This paper analyzes the advantage and conditions that public library establishes the modem distance education and puts forward the problems and measures of developing the distance education in public library by an example of the modem distance education of Puyang City Library from aspects of the background , education function and the technique advantages of develo- ping the distance education in public library.
