摘要
对境外水泥工业建设总包工程项目而言,因其土建工程的施工工期和造价对整个项目影响很大,故其分包方式的确定和履约过程的管控非常重要。文章对土建工程的三种常用分包方式及其利弊和相关的劳务管理要求进行了介绍与分析;并结合境外总包工程实施的经验与教训,对土建工程履约过程的管控措施进行了详细的介绍。
For the general contracting of overseas cement projects, the choosing methods of civil subcontracting and the controlling of the contract performance are very important because they have major impact on the whole project. This article introduces three kinds of common used subcontracting method, the pros and cons of these methods as well as the related labor management, on the basis of experiences and lessons obtained during the execution of overseas projects, the author gives detailed introduction on the management and control measures of civil work performance procedure.
