摘要
运用ADINAT和ADINA程序计算了12V180和412-160柴油机活塞的轴对称温度场和循环弹塑性应力应变场以及Mises当量应力应变场。根据“起动—停车”波形,采用带环状缺口的圆柱形试件,进行了热疲劳和高温点周疲劳模拟试验,试验和计算表明:当量应变范围与疲劳寿分之间存在着Manson-Coffin公式关系,且不受试件结构形状和尺寸的影响;用当量J积分范围表征疲劳裂纹扩展速率不受试件结构形状和尺寸的影响,并且得到了裂纹扩展的门槛值和裂纹扩展寿命评价方程。最后把这一成果用于活塞的寿命预测与安全性评价,并证实同相热疲劳模式预测结果是合适的。
The axial symmetry temperature fields and cyclic elasto-plastic stress strain fields and Mises' equivalent stress strain fields of 12V180 and 42- 160 engine's pistons were calcu lated by means of the program 'ADINAT/ADINA'. According to the 'start-stop' wave, the tests of thermal fatigue and high temperature low cyclic fatigue were carried out with the cylindrical specimens with annular notches. The results of tests and calculations showed that the relations between equivalent strain ranges and fatigue lives accorded with the Manson-Coffin formula and were not affected by specimens. shapes and sizes and that the relations between fatigue crack growing rates and equivalent J integral ranges were not affected by specimens. shapes and sizes. Finally, these results were used for predicting the piston life and for evaluating the piston safety and it was verified that the predicting re sults of in-phase thermal fatigue were effective.
