内皮祖细胞在冠心病中的应用

摘要 内皮祖细胞(EPCs)是内皮细胞的前体细胞,能修复血管内皮细胞、促进内皮功能恢复,近年来在心血管领域中越来越受到人们的关注。本文就内皮祖细胞存在的证据、生物学特性、动员及在冠心病中的应用进行综述。 Endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs) are precursor cells of endothelial cell.They are able to repair damage from vascular endothelial cells,and promote endothelial function.So more and more concern in the field of cardiovascular In recent years.In this paper,we will briefly introduced the existence of evidence of endothelial progenitor cells,biological characteristics,mobilization and application in coronary heart disease.
