摘要
为探讨不同结构分散染料微胶囊化前后对涤纶织物染色性能的影响,对偶氮、蒽醌、杂环型分散染料微胶囊化前后的上染曲线、提升力、色牢度、移染率等方面进行研究,并测定染色废水的CODCr值。结果表明:蒽醌型微胶囊分散染料提升力较高,不同染料结构对其他性能无明显影响;分散染料的微胶囊化明显提升了染色织物色牢度,大大降低了染色废水的CODCr值,但对上染曲线,提升力无明显影响。
The dyeing properties of the mieroencapsulated and pure disperse dyes with azo, anthraquinone and heterocycle structures were studied respectively, such as the dyeing curves, building up power, color fastness and migration ratio. In addition, the CODcr of dyeing wastewater were tested. The results showed that microencapsulated dyes of anthraquinone structure possessed higher building up power, but the structure paid little role on the other dyeing properties. Compared with the traditional dyeing process, the dyeing technology with microencapsulated dyes imparted the PET fib& outstanding color fastness without reduction clearing. Moreover, the CODcr of dyeing wastewater was reduced obviously.
