摘要 分析了小电流接地系统发生单相接地故障时的暂态故障特征,指出了传统小波选线方法的优点和需要改进的地方,提出了一种新型的基于小波分析和模糊推理的故障选线方法。该方法定义了小波分解后各个尺度的隶属度函数,通过模糊推理得出融合了各个尺度的故障信息的综合结果,提高选线结果的正确性。对仿真结果的分析表明了该方法的有效性和可行性。 The transient fault characters of single-hne-to-ground fault in no-direct-ground-system are analyzed. The merits and demerits of traditional wavelet methods in no-direct-ground-system are summarized. A new fault hne selecting method is proposed for single-hne-to-ground fault hne selecting. The membership functions of every scale are defined to assess the nature of every scale. Based on the membership functions, the proposed method can obtain a integrated result based on fuzzy inference, and increase the correct rate of fault hne selecting. The simulation result shows the rauding and the feasibility of the proposed method.
