摘要
通过实验研究,分析了反应温度和溶液pH值对氧化亚铁硫杆菌氧化Fe2+的影响,确定了氧化亚铁硫杆菌保持最佳氧化活性的优化环境条件:pH值2.0,温度30℃。依据酶促反应的中间产物理论,推导出氧化亚铁硫杆菌对Fe2+氧化的动力学模型。在考虑底物抑制因素基础上,利用实验所得数据进行拟合计算,得出了氧化亚铁硫杆菌氧化Fe2+的表观速率方程。该实验为Bio-SR工艺Fe2+再生生物反应器的优化设计提供了一些指导性数据。
Through experimental study,effects of temperature and pH on Fe2+oxidation by thiobacillus ferrooxidants were analyzed,and optimum environmental conditions on remaining the optimal activity of Thiobacillus ferrooxidants were as follows:pH:2.0,temperature:30℃.Based on the intermediate product theory of enzymatic reaction,the kinetic model of Fe2+ oxidation was gained.Considering substrate inhibition,on the basis of fitting calculation using experimental data,the apparent rate equation was obtained.The experiments provided a series of tutorial data for optimum design of regeneration bio-reactor of Bio-SR process.
