摘要
利用图形建模方法和快速控制原型技术对机械式自动变速器(AMT)电控单元进行开发设计。首先,用matlab的simulink模块建立适合于快速控制原型的AMT电控单元的仿真模型,其次,通过编写S函数建立S函数模块实现AMT仿真模型与实物之间的IO接口,最后,利用matlab自身集成的Real-Time Workshop和Real-Time Windows Target工具实现对AMT电控单元快速控制原型开发。
The paper is to develop and design ECU of Automated Mechanical Transmission(AMT) by employing Graphical Modeling and Rapid Control Prototyping. First of all, the Matlab Simulink module is used to establish the module of AMT ECU ,which is suitable for Rapid Control Prototyping. Secondly, S-function modules are established with S-function so that the IO connection between ATM module and the real equipments can be realized. Finally, AMT ECU with Rapid Control Prototyping is well developed by employing Matlab own integrated Real-Time Workshop and Real-Time Windows Target tools.
