摘要
Diels-Alder反应是构建六元环的重要方法之一,按照反应过程中分子内和分子间成键的不同分类,分别介绍了近年来以Danishefsky二烯和亚胺为原料(正常电子需求),或者以氮杂二烯与烯烃为原料(反电子需求)的杂Diels-Alder反应在构建哌啶衍生物方面的应用,并进一步介绍了以手性原料或手性催化剂进行的杂Diels-Alder反应在不对称合成光学纯哌啶衍生物中的应用。
Diels-Alder methodology is one of the most important ways to form six-member rings.Hetero-Diels-Alder reaction attracts attention in the synthesis of piperidine derivatives.According to intramolecular/intermolecular bonding,the advances in the synthesis of piperidine derivatives using Hetero-Diels-Alder reaction were reviewed.The Diels-Alder reactions using Danishefsky diene and imine as raw materials(normal electronic demand),and using the aza-diene and olefins as raw materials(inverse electronic demand) were presented,respectively.Furthermore,the asymmetric synthesis of piperidine derivatives using chiral ingredients or chiral catalysts was also discussed.
