摘要
介绍了凸轮轴磨床磨削凸轮轴时砂轮半径的变化对凸轮升程值的影响,以及为了解决这个问题而采用的一些方法,并重点叙述了在全数控磨床上开发出的一款应用程序,依照升程值随砂轮变化的规律对升程值进行补偿,从而切实提高了凸轮升程的加工精度。
This paper introduces the impact of the wheel radius changes to the cam lift value when the camshaft grinder grinds the camshaft,and introduces some methods adopted that in order to solve this problem,and also describes the focus of an application program that is developed based on the NC grinder.This program can make the lift value-compensation according to the rules of the value changes with the wheel changes,and then the cam-processing accuracy can be effectively improved.
