摘要
目的:建立复方丹参口腔崩解片中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法。方法:应用HPLC测定人参皂苷Rg1含量,并考察其方法的可行性。结果与结论:研究建立了测定人参皂苷Rg1含量的反相HPLC,在0.420～3.780μg线性关系良好,精密度0.38%,加样回收率1.31%。
Objective： To develop a new method to determine ginsenoside Rg1 in FUFANG DANSHEN. Methods： Ginsenoside Rg1 in FUFANG DANSHEN were analyzed by RHPLC using UV detection. Results and Conclusion： The content of ginsenoside Rg1 in FUFANG DANSHEN could be determined by RHPLC using UV detection in the range of 0. 420 -3. 780μg, RSD = 1.31%.
