摘要
胡锦涛农业农村发展思想是新时期中国农业发展的科学总结,是加快中国农业发展的根本指导思想。胡锦涛强调农业是国民经济的基础,把加强农业放在首位,明确了推进农村、农业发展的基本思路,指出了农业现代化的战略措施和农业现代化实现的具体途径。在当前加快社会主义新农村建设的进程中,胡锦涛的农业农村发展思想,对加快实现农业现代化、协调农村社会经济发展具有重大理论和现实意义。
Hu Jintao＇s agricultural and rural development thinking is a scientific summary of Chinese agricultural development in the new period, and is the fundamental guiding ideology of accelerating Chinese agriculture development. Hu Jintao stressed that agriculture is the basis of the national economy, gave top priority to strengthening agriculture, made clear the basic idea of agricultural and rural development, and pointed out the strategic measures and specific ways of agriculture modernization. In the process of building of a new socialist countryside, Hu Jintao＇s thinking of agricultural and rural development is of great theoretical and practical significance to speed up agricultural modernization and to coordinate social and economic development in rural areas.
