摘要
通过对网络民主参与的特点以及网络环境中公民参政议政的现象及在参政议政过程中存在的问题的分析,探讨了政府应对网络民主参与的对策。政府部门一方面要承担起网络基础设施的硬件任务,完善软件系统,为网络民主参与提供平台;另一方面面对网络民主参与出现的种种问题,政府应给予及时的处理与反馈,加强政务的公开和透明,实现政府与公民之间的良性互动,促进和加强公民的网络民主参与。
Through to analyse the characteristic of the network democratic participation and the phenomenon of citizen participate in politics and deliberate over governmental affairs through network as well as the question exists in the process of citizen participate in politics and deliberate over governmental affairs,discussed the countermeasure that the government deal with the network democracy participation.On the one hand,the government department have to take on the network infrastructure construction＇s hardware tasks and perfect software system to provide platform for the network democratic participation;On the other hand,in the face of sorts of questions which the network democracy participation appears,the government should give prompt processing and feedback and strengthen government affairs＂ public and transparent to realize between the government and citizen＇s benign interaction, promotes and strengthens citizen＇s network democratic participation.
