摘要
焦炭塔是炼油延迟焦化装置的核心设备,鼓胀变形是其常见的缺陷,鼓胀变形量数据的准确与否对正确评估焦炭塔安全性能起着决定性的作用。本文通过分析焦炭塔鼓胀变形的机理、部位,采用一种新的测量和数据处理方法对鼓胀进行精确测量并对数据图形模拟分析,从而给出焦炭塔鼓胀的准确数据。
The coking tower is the key pressure vessel of the oil refining installation, the bulging deformation is usual on the coking tower after long time service. It is important for the safety of the coking tower that the data of the bulging deformation is aceurate. Through experimentation and analyzing the mechanism of the bulging deformation, This paper gives a way how to measure the bulging deformation by the laser electronic total station .
