摘要
以脂肪油收率为考察指标,系统考察提取溶剂、提取时间、浓度以及提取次数对脂肪油总量提取率的影响,并以正交试验法进一步优选提取条件,优选莱菔子通便胶囊的提取工艺。莱菔子通便软胶囊的最佳提取工艺系用15倍量的石油醚提取3次,每次20 min。结束表明:溶剂对脂肪油总量的提取率有显著影响,优选出的工艺科学、合理。
To optimize the extraction processes for the fatty oil from LTR （Laifuzi Tongbian Ruanjiaonang）, fatty oil was taken as an evaluating marker in the extracted solution. The effects of impregnant, extract time, concentration design were determined. The optimum extraction processes were adding 15 times amount of petroleum ether, extracting for 3 times ,20 minutes each time. Conclusion Impregant has a great influence upon the extracting of fatty oil. The optimum extraction processes are reasonable and scientific.
