摘要
目的测定川产藏药红毛五加不同药用部位多糖的含量。方法药材用回流法提取后;采用比色法于490nm测定水溶性糖的含量。结果多糖的线性范围为2.86~10.01μg·ml-1(r=0.9996),平均加样回收率为98.62%,RSD=1.27%(n=9)。红毛五加的根、茎、叶中多糖含量分别为21.89%、8.60%、11.01%。结论所建方法简便、快速、准确,可用于红毛五加药材质量的检测手段之一;从多糖成分的角度考虑,建议以根人药最好,且可作为多糖提取物的一个新来源。
OBJECTIVE To determine the polysaccharide from different parts in Acanthopanax giraldii Harms (Tibetan drug) in Sichuan. METHODS The content of polysaccharide was determined by colorimetry at wavelength of 490 nm. RESULTS The aver- age recovery was 98.62% with RSD of 1. 27% ( n = 9). The contents in the root ,bark and leaf were 21.89%, 8.60% and 11.01%, respectively. CONCLUSION The method can be used as a quality control method. The root of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms is a new resource for polysaccharide.
