摘要
目的比较不同生长期川贝母Fritillaria cirrhosa D.Don内生真菌的差异性,为其品质评价提供基础。方法采用纯培养法对不同生长期的川贝母内生真菌鳞茎中的内生真菌进行分离和鉴定。结果分别分离得到一年生内生真菌10株,鉴定为8个属;一年生内生真菌8株,鉴定为7个属;二年生内生真菌13株,鉴定为9个属;三年生内生真菌48株,鉴定为14个属;四年生内生真菌11株,鉴定为7个属。结论不同生长期川贝母的内生真菌在类别和数量上存在着显著差异,其中树儿子内生真菌在类别和数量上最多,这与川贝母的品质有密切的联系。
OBJECTIVE To compare the Endophytic fungi of Fritillaria cirrhosa D. Don with different growing time, provide the ba- sis for quality evaluation. METHODS The endophytic fungi in the buld of Fritillaria cirrhosa D. Don of different growing periods wa seperated and by pure cultivation method. RESULTS 10 strains of endophytie fungi were isolated from Yi ke - zheng and identified to belong to 8 genera. 8 strains of endophytie fungi were isolated from Yi pi - ye and identified to belong to 7 genera. 13 strains of endo- phytic fungi were isolated from two years and identified to belong to 9 genera. 48 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from three years and identified to belong to 14 genera. 11 strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from four years and identified to belong to 7 gen- era. CONCLUSION There are difference between endophytes of FritiUaria cirrhosa D. Don in type and quantity, especial the endo- phytic fungi of three years. It maybe related with the quality of Fritillaria cirrhosa D. Don.
