摘要
传统的再生水评价往往集中在污水再生利用工程对生态环境的影响、经济效益和社会效益的定性评价等方面。本文首先提出了适用于城市再生水评价的生命周期综合价值模型,该模型能有效量化城市再生水的成本、效益以及对环境的影响。而后结合具体的再生水项目分别对再生水生命周期性能指数、成本指数、环境影响指数以及综合价值指数进行了分析计算,其结果能直观表达再生水生命周期价值,可为决策者提供宏观决策依据。
Traditional reused water assessment usually focuses on the qualitative assessment of ecological environment impact, economic benefit and social benefit of wastewater reuse project. In this paper, one life cycle integrated value model applied to municipal reused water assessment was firstly proposed. The model could effectively quantize the cost and benefit of reused wastewater and the impact to environment. Secondly,in consideration of reused wastewater project, the parameters, such as performance index, cost index, environment impact index and integrated value index,were analyzed and calculated, the results of which showed life cycle value of reused wastewater directly. As a result, macroscopical basis for decision-maker was offered.
