摘要
在元明粉生产过程中存在如下问题:1)高温冷凝水热利用率低,冷凝水浪费严重;2)电耗高;3)粉尘污染严重。叙述了元明粉生产过程中高温冷凝水综合利用技术、交流变频调速器使用以及尾气水除尘闭路循环技术的应用。3项新技术对元明粉生产中的节能降耗与清洁生产具有一定的参考价值。
The following problems existed in the production of anhydrous sodium sulfate:1 ) low thermal utilization ratio of high -temperature condensate water and serious waste of condensate water ;2) high power consumption;3 ) severe dust pollution. The application of comprehensive utilization technology of high - temperature condensate water AC frequency conversion governer,and closed exhaust dust circulation technology in the production of anhydrous sodium sulfate was introduced. The three new technologies have some reference value for the cleaner production of anhydrous sodium sulfate and energy saving.
