摘要
为了改善溶胶-凝胶生物活性玻璃(BG)与高分子材料的界面相容性,采用氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)偶联剂改性溶胶凝胶生物活性玻璃。用傅立叶红外吸收光谱(FTIR)考察在不同的反应浓度,反应时间和反应溶剂的条件下对BG接枝改性APTES的接枝率的影响。研究表明,以正己烷为溶剂、在80℃、氮气保护条件下,反应12h,接枝率最大。
In order to improve interface compatibility of the polymer and sol-gel derived bioglass, 3- aminopropyl-triethoxysilane (APTES) was grafted on the surface of the bioglass. The influences of concentration, time and solvent in the reaction were investigated by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy ( FTIR). The highest graft percentage can be obtained with hexane as solvent, the reaction condition is 12 h at 80 ℃ in N2 atmosphere.
