摘要
为了研究不同火力发电厂高温管道用Cr(F12类)钢在供货状态以及实际工况下运行不同时间后的材质状态,多次取样进行了成分、拉伸性能、硬度、冲击韧性、脆性转变温度、金相检验及持久强度等检验,对不同服役状态下F12钢的力学性能、显微组织、高温热强性能以及寿命评估进行了对比总结分析,结论表明管材原始冶金质量或最终热处理工艺控制得到的材质状态是制约F12类钢管道长期安全使用寿命的重要因素,而材料的短时性能、组织状况和高温热强性能间存在显著的对应关系。
In order to study the material state of F12 steel pipes for high-temperature steam pipeline in supply and practical operation respectively, multiple sampling was made to test the indexes such as the composition analysis, tensile strength, hardness, impact toughness, brittle transition temperature, metallographic examination and rupture strength. According to the different condition of the F12 steel the mechanical properties, microstructure, high temperature endurance strength and residual life assessment were tested and evaluated. The result shows: the material state, resulted from the original metallurgie quality and ultimate heat treatment process, mainly contributes to the pipe safety for long term operation; however there is significant correspondence among the short-time property, microstructure and endurance strength of materials.
