摘要
介绍宁夏小杂粮的生产、科研、加工和销售情况,分析其生产、加工过程中存在的主要问题,提出要充分发挥宁夏小杂粮的资源优势,进一步生产、开发、应用,以推动小杂粮产业化进程,提高农民收入,促进地区经济发展。
This paper introduced the status of production, scientific research, processing and sale of minor coarse cereals in Ningxia, the main issues existing in the production and processing were analyzed, and the advice on using resource advantage was put forward in ortier to drive the industrialization process anti improve the farmers＇ income as well as promoting the regional development.
