黄腐酸对欧美杨光合及蒸腾速率的影响 被引量:6

摘要 抗蒸腾剂是减少水分损失的一种新型的抗旱化技术,为了解其对欧美杨的影响,以1年生苗木为研究对象,通过喷施不同浓度的黄腐酸处理,结果表明,质量浓度为3.5g/L的处理效果最好,其气孔导度和蒸腾速率分别比对照降低了42.0%和38.8%;对光合作用有促进作用;对欧美杨的叶水势提高幅度为13.8%,能显著抑制叶水势的下降。 Antitranspirant is a new technology reducing water loss. The author object is to study the effects of FA on photosynthesis and transpiration rate of Populus Euramericana. Different concentration FA treatment on one-year-old seedlings was carried out. The result showed the effect of FA of 3.5g/L is the best, which reduced stomatal conductance and transpiration rate by 42.0% and 38.8% respectively; FA could promote photosynthetic rate; the leaf water potential was improved by 13.8%, it had an obvious prohibiting effect on the decrease of leaf water potential.
