摘要
新儒家代表人物梁漱溟的乡村建设理论有着丰富的伦理蕴涵。在梁氏看来,中国传统社会组织伦理本位、职业分途的基本特性在近代西方思想传入后遭受极大破坏。乡村是中国传统伦理精神形成和孕育的基本单位,因此,建设新社会组织需要从乡村伦理入手开展自救式的乡村建设运动。而梁氏在其乡村建设实践中突出强调的"乡农学校"激发农民进取心、倡导"合作主义"信仰、"熟习"推动科教融化、"信任"促进金融流通等举措,正是从乡村社会的伦理特征出发提出的路径设定。
As a representative of Neo-Confucians, Liang Shuming＇ s rural construction theory is rich in its ethic implications. In Hang＇ s eyes, the fundamental characteristics of Chinese traditional social organization that centers on ethics and division of trade were destroyed after the modern Western thoughts were introduced. As the rural areas were the basic unit in the forming and gestation of Chinese traditional ethic spirit, to construct a new social organization must begin with rural ethics to launch a self-saving rural construction campaign. In practice , Liang focused on ＂peasants＇ school＂ to inspire peasants＇ enterprising spirit, advocated the spirit of ＂cooperationism＂, and used his ＂familiarity with peasants＂ to promote amalgamation of science and education and the ＂peasants＇ trust＂ to facilitate financial circulation-these were the path he set for rural construction from the ethic characteristics of the rural society.
