摘要
对21例肺部肿瘤病人采用电视胸腔镜下肺叶切除术,术中仪器的正确运作和医护的密切配合是手术成功的重要保障。为保证这种新开展的手术的顺利进行,手术室护士应做好以下几点:①以病人为中心,实施整体护理;②做好充分的物品准备;③加强责任心,积极主动地配合手术;④牢固树立无菌技术操作观念和无瘤操作新观念,预防感染和癌细胞创面种植:⑤熟练掌握仪器及各种器械的性能和注意事项,加强保养和维护。
Lobectomy under video--assisted thoracoscopic was performed on 21 patients with lung tumor. Correct operation of apparatus and close cooperation between doctors and nurses are important guarantee of the success of operation. In order to ensure the success of the operation, the nurses should accomplish the following points： （1） take patient as center and carry out holistic nursing; （2）make good preparation of objects; （3） enhance nurses responsibilities and cooperate with operation actively; （4） firmly establish the idea of aseptic operation and non--tumor performances, prevent infection and wound planting of cancer cell; （5）skill- fully master performance and precautions of apparatus and instrument, and strengthen maintenance of them.
