摘要
GIS是有效提高城市道路交通安全管理水平,减少事故发生,使事故对道路通行的影响最小化,有效合理分配交通流的重要手段。结合我国道路交通安全实际,建立了安全管理体系构架,分析GIS技术应用于道路交通安全体系的必要性及优点,并且对道路交通安全信息的采集、更新,交通事故信息的分析与预测等功能进行分析。GIS的建立为交管部门制定安全对策提供了依据,它提高了我国道路交通安全管理的水平,对有效预防交通事故的发生具有积极意义。
GIS is a very imortsnt mean to effectively improve the management level of the urban traffic, reduce incidents, minimize the impact of incidents on road traffic, and to effectively and reasonably distribute tragic flow. Based on the road traffic conditions of our country, this paper establishes the frame of safety management system, analyses the necessity and advantages of GIS on road traffic safety system, and also conducts analyses on the collection and updating of road traffic safety information and the forecast and analysis of accident information. The establishment of GIS provides a basis for the traffic control departments to develop safety measures, it has improved the management level of the urban traffic and has positive significance in preventing the occurrence of accidents.
