摘要
近代中国高等教育,一直是在政局波荡、战争纷乱的境遇中曲折前进。颠沛流离的高等教育路程,造就出近代中国高等教育教师的多舛生涯。呈现近代中国大学教师客观的生存状态,是相关研究者努力探索的方向。通过对近十年来近代中国大学教师研究文献的梳理,把近代大学教师问题研究现状归纳为"聘任问题的研究、流动问题的研究、教师结构研究、薪酬的研究、其他的研究"等五个方面,以期呈现这一研究领域的大体脉络,并尝试指出该研究领域中可以继续研究的发展趋势。
The higher education in recent China experienced political restlessness, continuous wars and confusion, and twisted forward. Its jolted road made teachers in recent China＇ s higher education institutes living in a distressed career. Researches in this field has been exploited the objective existence of these teachers. This paper categorizes the present researches into such topics as employment, migration, teacher＇ s structure, their incomes, and others, after reviewing researches in this field in the last decade, so as to show the gross branches of the researches, and to try to point out the future research trend.
