摘要
目的回顾性分析脑胶质瘤术后三维适形放疗的疗效。方法16例脑胶质瘤术后患者,8例行常规放疗+三维适形放疗,8例单行三维适形放疗。肿瘤剂量(57.72±10.33)Gy。结果低分级脑胶质瘤(Ι、Ⅱ级)1、2、3年生存率为100%(6/6)、100%(6/6)、83.3%(5/6),高分级脑胶质瘤(Ⅲ、Ⅳ级)1、2、3年生存率为80%(8/10)、70%(7/10)、50%(5/10)。结论采用三维适形放疗治疗脑胶质瘤有较好的临床疗效,是控制肿瘤生长及延迟复发的重要辅佐治疗手段。
Objective A retrospective analysis was carried out to evaluate the results of gliomas treated by three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy（3DCRT）. Methods Sixteen evaiuable gliomas patients were studied retrospectively, 8 patients with remnantgliomas after theiroperation received radiotherapy＋3DCRT, 8 patients with remnantgliomas after theiroperation received 3DCRT, the irradiation was（57.72± 10.33） GY. Results The 1-, 2-,and 3-year survival rates of patients with low grade gliomas were 100%,100%,83.3%, 80%,70% ,50% for those patients with high grade gliomas. Conclusion Post-operation 3DCRT is an important method to inhibit growth of tumor and the recurrence of tumor.
