摘要
采用自制,可以与VE发生反应且中、低温条件下惰性的单体为溶剂,合成了端酸酐基醚酰亚胺齐聚物,然后将VE加入含有端酸酐基醚酰亚胺的反应性溶剂中熔融使之呈均匀透明的状态,得到改性VE(PEI/VE/RS)体系;详细研究了该体系的反应性以及浇铸体和复合材料的力学性能、阻燃性,并以扫描电镜为手段,对固化树脂的断口形貌进行分析。结果表明,固化树脂宏观上呈透明状,微观上为均相结构,这说明PEI作为增强相在接近分子水平上均匀分散在VE中,正是由于这种相结构的存在,导致改性VE(PEI/VE/RS)体系具有良好的综合性能。
A modified VE were obtained by acid anhydride group ether-imide oligomer loading. The acid anhydride group etherimide oligomer was introduced into VE by using a simple reactive solvent approach. The property of curing reactivity, mechanical property as well as flame retaredance were investigated in details. The morphology of fracture surface was observed by SEM. The result showed that the cured resin presented transparent and unity-phase microstructure. It means that PEI was dispersed homogeneously into VE at the level of molecule phase. This lead up to excellent properties of modified cured VE resin as well as its composites.
