摘要
建立了方坯连铸机结晶器冷却过程的二维非稳态传热的数学模型,对结晶器在喷淋冷却与循环冷却下的冷却过程进行了数值模拟,对不同冷却方式的数值结果进行了对比,并得到了喷淋冷却结晶器上的最佳热流分布。
A two-dimensional mathematical model describing the cooling process in the mold of billet concaster has been developed. the numerical calculation about conventional circulation cooling mold and spray- cooling mold have been carried out based on the model . the paper has also demonstrated a optimum distribution of heat flow density in the spray-cooling mold.
