摘要
目的:探讨北柴胡炮制前后超临界提取物的成分变化。方法:采用气质联用(GC-MS)分析炮制前后北柴胡的超临界二氧化碳(SFE-CO2)萃取物。结果:从炮制前后北柴胡超临界二氧化碳萃取物中鉴定出38种成分。在相对含量较高的成分中,北柴胡炮制后,8种成分相对含量明显下降,7种成分相对含量明显上升。结论:炮制后,北柴胡低沸点成分有下降趋势,高沸点成分有上升趋势。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the chemical constituents of the SFE-CO2 extracts from Bupleurum chinense Dc. METHODS The chemical constituents of the volatile oil extracted by SFE-CO2 were separated and identified by GC-MS. RESULTS 38 kinds of constituents were identi fled from Bupleurum chinense Dc. and its roasted products. The relative contents of 8 kinds of constituents from the processing products decreased and 7 kinds of constituents increased. CONCLUSION In the processed products, the relative contents of some low-boiling point constituents decreased but some higher boiling point oils incre osed.
