摘要
目的观察耳前转移皮瓣对由手术切除外耳道乳头状瘤引起的缺损的修复效果。方法手术切除大面积乳头状瘤，用耳前转移皮瓣修复手术缺损。结果8耳手术成功，随访6～12月，效果良好，未有耳道狭窄及复发。结论局部组织转移皮瓣修复耳道缺损成活率高，且可防耳道狭窄。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of preanricula local flap grafting in the repair of defect （ for repairing the defect ） following excising papilloma of external auditory canal. Methods Excise a large area of tissue of papilloma of 8 ears and repair the defect following excising papilloma using preauricula local flap grafting. Results The clinical efficacy is proved to be good by following up these 8 ears in between 6 months and 1 year. There was no recurrence of papilloma or stenosis of external auditory canal during follow - up. Conclusion Survival rate in the repair of external auditory canal defect using local flap grafting is high, moreover it can avoid stenosis of external auditory canal.
