摘要
用ＲＩＡ法测定２４例尿毒症患者血液透析前、后和２０例健康成人血浆内皮素－１（ＥＴ－１）水平。结果：健康成人为２６．７３±７．３７ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ：尿毒症患者血透前、后分别为９８．４６±１１．８５ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ和８４．１０±１４．５６ｐｍｏｌ／Ｌ，均高于健康成人的水平（Ｐ＜０．０１）。血透后血浆ＥＴ－１显著低于血透前，但与Ｂｕｎ、Ｓｃｒ、平均动脉压（ＭＡＰ）变化及超滤量之间无显著相关性。
The levels of plasma endothelin - 1 (PET- 1) in 24 cases of patients with uremia before and after hemodialysis. and in 20 cases of healthy adulta were measured by radioimmuoassay. The results showed that the level of PET -1 was 26.73 ±7.73 pmol/L in the healthy adults; and 98.46 ±11.85pmol/L and 84.10±14.56 pmol/L before and after hemodialysis correspondently in patients with uremia, both significantly higher than the healthy control(P<0.01). The level of PET - 1 after hamodialysis was obviously lower than before hemodialysis,but no significant correlation with Bun . Scr. MAP and quantity of ultrafiltration liquid was found.
