摘要 研制了一种可在风颤、渗水条件下使用的隧道防火板。从结构设计上解决了板材吸水变形、脱落垮塌和受到强烈的热冲击时容易爆裂穿火等技术难题。以拼合发泡材料IEM-OEM、氯丁胶乳及硅酸铝纤维为材料的板材浸水变形率为0,产烟毒性达到ZA 1级,按C-H或RABT曲线升温,耐火极限均可达到3 h。确定的IEM-OEM厚度与耐火极限的关系函数,对企业的施工、监测具有指导意义。在该板材研究的基础上编制了公共安全行业标准。 A novel tunnel fire proofing board which can be used under the conditions of waving - wind and water leakage has been fabricated. The structure design of this board solved a few problems such as deformation by water-absorption. collapse and fire perforation under violent heat strike. The board constructed with IEM-OEM, neoprene and aluminium silicate fibers, the deformation rate of this board was zero, and its smoke toxicity could reach to ZA1 grade. According to C-H or RABT heating curves, its fire-resistive limitation was 3 hours. In this paper, the relationship between IEM OEM thickness and fire resistive limhation was determines, which can guide the construction and quality controlled of this board. Based on the research of the fire proofing board, the industry standard on this hoard was made.
