摘要
目的：建立妇炎净片中苦玄参苷ⅠA的含量测定方法。方法：采用Alltech Alltima C18色谱柱（150mm×4.6mm，5μm），乙腈-水-冰醋酸（38∶62∶0.5）为流动相；流速1.0 mL/min；检测波长为264 nm。结果：苦玄参苷ⅠA进样量在0.0636-0.636μg范围内，与峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0.9999）；高、中、低3个剂量组平均回收率分别为99.4%，100.3%，98.7%，RSD分别为1.0%，1.4%，0.68%。结论：该方法简便、准确，专属性强，可作为妇炎净片的质量控制方法。
Objective： To develop a method for the determination of piefeltarraenin IA in Fuyanjing Tablets. Methods： AUteeh Alltima C18 column （ 150 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 um） was used with aeetonitrile - water - Acetic acid glacial （38： 62： 0. 5） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 0. 0 mL - min^-1, the detective wavelength was set at 264 nm. Results： The linear range of piefeltarraertin IA was 0. 0636 - 0. 636 p,g （ r = 0. 9999 ） . In the high, medium, low concentration, the average recoveries of picfeltarraenin IA were 99. 4%, 100. 3%, 98. 7% with corresponding RSD 1.0%, 1.4%, 0. 68%. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate, and exclusive, which can be used for the quality control of Fuyanjing Tablets.
