PCC是3GPP标准定义的IMS承载网络资源与计费策略控制架构,旨在为用户提供差异化的服务,提供用户业务流承载资源保障以及流计费策略。从策略控制的角度介绍了PCC机制的基本架构及相应策略规则,并详细分析了目前3GPP规范中PCC机制的最新进展,最后指出了策略控制的发展方向。
PCC is the IMS bearer network resource and charging policy control architecture defined in 3GPP, which aims to provide differentiated services, as well as user traffic bearer resource guarantee and charging policy for traffic flow. This article introduces the architecture and corresponding policy rules of PCC from the perspective of policy control, and analyzes in detail the latest development of PCC in 3GPP specifications.
