摘要
下坂地水利枢纽地处帕米尔高原,临近地震活动带并处于高地应力区,引水隧洞的最大埋深达1 400 m,高地应力问题较为突出。施工阶段初期即出现了明显的岩爆现象,预计随着开挖深入山体、地应力逐步升高,岩爆问题将越来越突出。结合下坂地引水发电洞工程建设过程中的岩爆预防实际,针对性地提出了措施,对预防岩爆、推动工程进度具有一定的借鉴作用。
Xiabandi Water Control project is located at Pamirs, near an active, seismic zone and within a high geo-stress area; for which the maximum embedded depth of the power tunnel is up to 1 400 m with the problem of high geo-stress. The obvious phenomena of rock burst appeared just during the initial stage of the construction, which is anticipated to be more and more serious along with the tunneling into the mountain body with the gradually rising of the geo-stress concerned. In combination of the actual prevention of the rock burst during the construction of the tunnel, some pertinent countermeasures are put forward herein, which can play a role of reference for the prevention of the rock burst and promote construction progress as well.
