摘要
提出了当前城乡旅游产业发展战略方向调整及其产业规划的制定原则;分析了构建城乡旅游产业环境支持体系的关键因素,包括制度支持机制、政策支持机制、财政支持机制和科技支持机制。构建起基于循环经济的城乡旅游产业互补共生圈的运行模式,分析了组成其运行模式的六大部分,包括理论系统、动力系统、支撑系统、参与层面系统、旅游循环经济相互关系和目标系统的组成及运行机理。
Some principles of strategy adjusting and plan making of urban and rural tourism industry were put forward; Some key factors such as system mechanism, policy mechanism, finance mechanism, sci-tech mechanism of environmental supporting system of urban and rural tourism industry were analysed. The running patterns of complementarity and paragenesis group of urban and rural tourism industry which base on recycling economy was construted,and the six parts of its running pattern were analysed. The running pattern embraces the composition and running mechanism of theory system, dynamic system,support system, participation system,the relationship of tourism and recycling economy,target system.
