摘要
采用有限元法及间接法对PMLSM的动子在出入端时的磁阻力的齿槽分量进行分析。实际物理模型的初级铁心被分解为不含齿槽和包含齿槽但不包括端部的两FEA模型;采用间接法研究PMLSM原始模型及改变PMLSM的端部半填槽槽形后对电机动子在出入端处磁阻力齿槽分量的影响和变化规律。将分析结果与实验数据进行了比较,验证了方法的正确性及有效性,为PMLSM的性能研究及电机设计提供了理论。
The finite element method and indirect method were used to analyze the slot-teeth component of detent force in PMLSM at the outlet end. The primary iron-core in the actual physical prototype was composed of the slot-teeth component and the end component of detent force FEA model, in which the indi- rect method was proposed to investigate the effect and vary law of the slot-teeth component of detent force at the outlet end of the origin model and change the end half-filled slots shape of PMLSM. By the comparison of analysis results and experimental data, the effection and validation of the method is verified, which is benefited to the design, optimum and performances analysis of the motor.
